The Company was started sometime in the year 1893 and incorporated in the year 1920. The company has its own tea plantation named " Ananda Bag Tea Estate" . The name " Ananda Bag " literally translates into " Garden of Happiness " and it is indeed the garden of happiness producing high quality CTC and Orthodox teas for a long time. The company's corporate office " The Ananda Bag Tea Co. Ltd." is based in Kolkata (West Bengal, India). We offer natural Green Tea & Darjeeling Green Tea in food grade packaging material in consumer as well as bulk packing. Our Green Teas are carefully selected by our tasters and bought from Kolkata (West Bengal) auction centre. Green Tea have many health benefits like improving digestive system, helps control cholesterol, boosts immunity and many others. Drinking Green tea is an acquired taste. Our Green teas are clear in cup as well as not to harsh in mouth and with its natural flavor and taste. Further, we also have special multi-step quality control arrangements to ensure that Tea are not damaged during blending and packaging. Due to blending we are able to keep the quality same throughout the year. We don't add artificial flavors in our tea.
